4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and owner of Proletics Martial Arts Breanna Bethell found her passion for fitness through martial arts. Born and raised in Brandon Fl Breanna has played numerous sports, danced, cheered and won many titles in competition karate as a child.  After giving birth to her oldest son in 2010 she fell in love with group training and teaching group fitness through adults.  In 2015 her and her husband opened Proletics Martial Arts. Soon after she realized she could start teaching adult fitness classes and inspire adults to become the best versions of themselves. So far it has been a dream come true.
