Class is every Saturday morning from 9:30-10:30am

Peach Me is aย ย one hour comprehensive training session that targets your peach ๐Ÿ‘ and thighs. This workout will include lower body moves, cardio, and resistance training that will help lift, shape, and tone your peach, while shrinking the mid-section.

Our class combines the use of resistance bands with traditional exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups to target all major muscle groups. We'll also incorporate core exercises and cardio drills to keep your heart rate up and your body moving. Our instructor will provide modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, so everyone can get a great workout. The class is designed to be a fun and social experience, so come join us and get ready to sweat, come get peached!
